Eoin is a chartered civil engineer with in depth professional design experience, primarily within the tunnelling industry. He has undertaken a variety of design and project management roles and has experience across several sectors with both Atkins and CH2MHill. Some of his more challenging projects to date include the interim preliminary design on High Speed 2, the feasibility design of the Hammersmith Flyunder, and the detailed design for the Crossrail and Hinkley Point C tunnels.

Eoin joined IBM in July 2015 as a construction industry subject matter expert, advising on construction industry trends, technology and expanding their capabilities to meet the demand for BIM within the major capital project space. Eoin is also a past chair of British Tunnelling Society Young Members and a committee member of the British Tunnelling Society.
