Christian Bocci
Christian is a Senior partner at Weston Williamson and partners and has been the design lead for many of the practices most challenging projects. He has been the lead architect for Paddington Integrated Project (PIP), DLR London city extension, HS2 Old Oak common station and shafts, Holborn underground station and most recently leading the Crossrail 2 WP4 outer master planning package. PIP has been coveted with over 14 awards including RIBA 2015 London Infrastructure project of the year. Many of these projects involve substantial areas underground and marrying this with above ground buildings is one of his specialist areas of expertise.
Christian’s experience includes working at Stirling Wilford on the Lowry and other projects as well as Buro Happold advanced structure unit developing innovative structures.
Christian has developed the WW+P EOS design process that unlocks optimised design solutions where infrastructure meets masterplanning. The WW EOS process has been used on 25 projects in the practice including all of the central section stations for CR2 as well as our latest commission for Oxford Circus.
Christian is working on a TOD (Transport oriented development) campaign that the practice is currently promoting. Christian brings to the TDUK group an architectural angle on quality of spaces as well as design innovation.
